guilty for life

The first time I read "Les Miserables" I just remembered the names of Jean Valjean and Javert.

After watching the play, Javert's role aroused different thinking. At first, I thought that there was something wrong with this person. Why did I only see the sins that Jean Valjean committed in the past and not care about the current goodness, thinking that he was a hopeless person. In the end, he found that he was sticking to his beliefs and principles, and that he must atone for his sins. This is his philosophy.

Jean Valjean's kindness also made me see the difference between human nature. Both good and evil coexist, and various characteristics are integrated into one person and distributed according to different proportions, forming various types of people.

Because of the fear of sin, bystanders fear those who have sinned, even if they have paid the price. In order to avoid discrimination, oppression, sinners seem to be the best choice.
