The foggy weather lasted almost from start to finish, with twists and turns at the end. I didn't feel bored after watching three episodes in one go. I always thought that most of the films with manor were like "Downton Abbey", alive, lively, and even a little noisy. But the manor here is a desolate place, burying the past love history, being unkind, obsessed and young life.
The male protagonist was really very aura when he was a child, and his face couldn't help reminding me of a boy in striped pajamas. If I can sum up this film in one word, I think it should be awakening. The female protagonist was instilled with too many negative concepts and had morbid views on love. The male protagonist escaped from a poor and backward family, tried to enter the upper class and became a gentleman, and finally returned, embraced love and accepted the plain family of origin. The simple story line has a suspenseful effect, interspersed with good and evil, choices and scumbags, etc. In the end, when the boy's brother-in-law hugged the penniless he and said that we will always be friends, I really couldn't help it. Oh, how lucky the boy is, he has been forgiven for hurting others' hearts arbitrarily. How many people look back when they regret and find that the person who should say sorry is no longer there.
There are some touching scenes. When the boy gives the fugitive a small piece of pie, it can be regarded as a kind of delivery. No matter how ferocious the fugitive is, it will be broken when facing the kindness and concern of a little boy. Later, when the donor behind the boy was the fugitive, he was surprised, moved, and more confident. It was a kind of trust in goodwill. One act you made inadvertently would change others, and eventually yourself. And when the boy and his brother-in-law were sitting on the bridge, the age difference was completely ignored by me. The two were like friends, just friends. The brother-in-law asked the boy's opinion gently. I could even feel that in their family, Two people accompany each other to relieve boredom and rely on each other, so when I think that my brother-in-law is alone in the blacksmith shop after the death of my sister, and the boy is also suffering in high society, I will feel that two people who are equally lonely, lonely and kind, just accompany each other. Well, fortunately, the ending brought the boy back. I don't want to see kind people alone.
