I've watched Bahani's movies one by one: "The Man Who Pushes the Trolley", "Rising Sun in the Car Scrambling Yard", "Goodbye, Solo", and now "Whatever It Takes", only "Plastic Bag" has not been seen.
It must be admitted that each one is not easy to chew, because Bahani never intends to give any answers. I think his films will screen the audience. For sitcom audiences, I think they will lose interest after watching ten minutes, and those with a slightly heavy butt may be able to keep up with the narration of the camera. There are no fancy montages. Talking about people and things that are plain and indifferent may be ignored in life, or more precisely, they are disdainfully involved by the mainstream media.
Petty? minority? non-mainstream?
I think Bahani didn't think about that.
classic? Winning? Academic?
I think Bahani's eyes are still bright.
A work of sincerity, can stand loneliness?
forget it.
As an actor, if he can make a living at Bahani's, he must be able to figure out something. There are too few movies to watch now. I watched "Whatever It Takes" today, have you watched it?
