On the penultimate weekend of March, I watched Who is the Murderer in two days. This will be the second BBC miniseries I've watched, the first one being no one alive. I think the style of this one is very similar to No Life.
The story follows the children of two childhood sweethearts, rural neighbors, who are murdered shortly after their marriage. And the murderer actually went to the victim's hometown, thus revealing the secrets of each family.
The first episode is a video of two children playing from childhood to adulthood, which is very nostalgic. Then the members of the family appeared one by one, introducing the relationship between each character and the little secrets of the characters.
In the second episode, the murderer drove to the victim's hometown and was found out. A member of the family killed him. In order to cover up the truth, they lied to the police and buried the murderer.
Then, they lied more and more, and the police began to suspect. Thereby uncovering the secrets of the family little by little.
The overall rhythm of the episode is fast, and the short drama is very enjoyable to watch. 4 stars because the plot is not that good. It would be nice if two families tried to cover up the truth and provided the police with another truth.
