In 1952, a child who grew up in a concentration camp, David, received a mission to deliver a letter to Copenhagen. It was a completely foreign world for him, and unknown dangers were waiting for him. But with the perseverance and tenacity forged in the dark years in the concentration camp, he set off from far away Bulgaria to Denmark in the north. The journey has been bumpy, but the task of delivering the letter to Copenhagen has always lingered in David's heart. Maybe there is hope, maybe there is freedom.
The sweet smile of his mother in the dream made him smile, and the nightmares in the concentration camp made him shudder again and again.
And "donot trust anyone", the deep darkness in the eyes.
The melancholy and immature face does not understand the world.
But once in a while, flipping through a book, it's all over. Kind-hearted grandma Sophie finally helps David on his mission to "deliver a letter to Copenhagen".
Mother freedom is not in the dream.
