At first, like everyone else, I felt that it should be similar to a chainsaw, nothing more than a bloody film to attract people's attention. I continued to watch it because of the image of the male lead. I don't know, but I just thought this actor should be able to shine.
The trailer uses very heavy music, but the whole film is very calm, quiet, with a touch of sadness to set off the whole cruel thing. Especially the last episode of the father and daughter's illusion is really heartbreaking, what kind of strength can you choose to forgive.
- "I didn't kill him" (the father said to the police officer)
- "Do you think your act of revenge was right?" (asked by the reporter)
- "No"
- "Do you regret your actions? (reporter asks)
- "No"
is the answer the reporter asks for the father who walks out of the house, then everything goes dark and the film ends. Looking at the scrolling subtitles, my mind went blank. This was the first time I saw the ending without music... Maybe the sound of tears falling is the music it needs.
Take a look, there should be a different perception.
