After watching it, it made me a little bit subverted by science fiction films. It's actually a good subject.
But first of all, as a sci-fi film, it seems that the funds are insufficient. There are almost no big scenes. There are only two aliens ? and a few flying saucers ? for sci-fi footage. Really remiss.
The second point is that the villain in the film is so ignorant that it makes people feel incompetent. I don't know what lethality the weapons in their hands have? When the protagonist fled, the villain had the blessing of the location tracker and did not block the protagonist team, which is really nothing to say.
The third point, I don't know what the current high-tech development looks like? But when the machine of digital-to-audio-to-language appears, it feels very abrupt. The ability to communicate freely with aliens is beyond the times.
The fourth point, in fact, I have never understood the reason for sending signals to foreign galaxies. Although I am eager to know whether there is an alien civilization, if there are more advanced aliens one day, I think it will be more malicious than benign. And the aliens in the film are simply true, kind and beautiful, and they explore the earth to find Jesus! ! ! ! Still exploring for many years! The director tells the truth, did you come here for missionary purposes?
I have always felt that the visual effects in sci-fi movies are greater than the plot. But this movie changed my mind. Every time you reach a new plot turning point, you have to ask, "What did you say?" The brain circuit of the screenwriter is really incomprehensible. Even this movie with Avatar special effects can't save it...
Having said so many disadvantages, let's talk about one advantage. The scenery in this movie is still beautiful. Sometimes it feels like watching an art movie. A hut in the deep mountains and old forest really gives people the idea of seclusion.
On the whole, let's watch individual movies. In fact, this movie is a waste of this subject matter.
