From the beginning of the film, the whole story is just the expression of the male protagonist. Most of the films we have seen are described from the perspective of the male protagonist. The "perversion" of the young policeman and the "justice" of the male protagonist will mislead the audience's view of the characters' roles. At first, the young policeman was a recent case. The suspect, and then the male protagonist mistakenly thought he was, and when he was about to commit suicide, he fantasized about the recording. From the audience's point of view, the overwhelming evidence points directly to the young police officer, and after seeing the end, you can roughly understand which clips are the male protagonist's own imagination and which ones actually happened.
I personally think that every character is real. It's just that the young policeman should be a "perverted" character in the eyes of the audience, and the other policemen are really a foil...
In the end, the male protagonist was released, and when he changed his shoes in front of the tunnel, I was shocked. All are appearances, and when other policemen watch the male lead's film, I feel that the young policeman is wronged.
