happy ending After
watching the last episode of Doctor Who Season 5, all I can think of are the above two English words.
Although before that, there have been clues that this season's finale will end with everything starting over. But this slightly perfunctory ending is a waste of many obvious clues left before.
Looking at the entire fifth season of doctor who, neither the storyline nor MS's performance in the entire season can be compared to the previous seasons. Although as the plot unfolds, MS gradually makes the audience accept the slightly neurotic and obtuse 11th doctor who. But the bland storyline undoubtedly weakens MS's efforts in some ways.
Now, everything is wiped out again, and everything is going in the other direction. Everything that happened throughout Season 5 both existed and never happened. And the most intriguing clue in the entire fifth season, who actually detonated the Tardis, still has no explanation, and all this may not be explained to a certain extent until the sixth season. In addition, the true identity of the river song is still confusing. However, judging from the existing materials and clues, river song should not be a good man and a woman.
In short, the fifth season is as everyone expects to be a season that connects the past and the future, but it takes a whole season to establish the new image of 11th doctor. I don't know if it is because of admiration for DT or lack of confidence in SM?
