This is a work that I have watched many times over and over, and the last time I saw it, I still thought it was great.
It's schadenfreude, but I just find this dark and hopeless romantic. Based on the naked reality, choose the anti-rational approach, be happy in the precious moment, and live by the ideal when suffering. A very different kind of power.
In the same scenario, there are patients with incurable diseases who have a limited life expectancy and choose to live with another mentality. Lovers who choose to be together even though they know there will be no future. Knowing that there is no time to return here, I still want to enjoy my future friends after parting.
