■In the evening the day before yesterday, I finished watching the feature film "Bomb City" (USA/2018), which tells the story of a group of anarchist punk youths struggling to fight injustice. The film uses the method of court trial flashbacks to tell this true story. The white youth who rebelled against the street youth explained what the real "American lie" is. The so-called "outstanding citizens" only know that "different from me" must be bad and deviant, but no one cares about the real reason why adults commit senseless violence, because everyone doesn't ask why, as if all the people in the world Only young children should be responsible for sins. This is the indulgence of self-discipline and the most naked stereotyped prejudice against socially heterogeneous groups. In the eyes of people, all punk believers in fancy clothes and "angry" should be slaves of the white authorities, there is no right or wrong here, some are just "I think you should be damned"! The repeated "Not me! Not me!", the ill-fated castrated again and again, the "little gangsters" who seemed unable to withstand the oppression of the power, were almost killed again during the trial! For no other reason, just because they're punks and hooligans who deserve to die. The scenes of court anti-climax and gang fight at the end of the film are quite delicately shot. The clear slow-motion design and the silence of pickups along the way make the depressing atmosphere before death full of apocalyptic power. At that moment, they were no longer just fighting against mockery and provocation, they were fighting against the injustice of opening and closing the gate of fate alone. Marilyn Manson, who appeared in the long narration at the end of the film, is one of the surprises of the whole film; and the general direction of the film is commendable at the end of the film. "Bomb City" is well done and dignified. And all the stubborn souls who have been really punk, after watching this film, can really raise their heads and shout to the song of Lu Chen (the head of the Shanghai underground band "Top Floor Circus"): "Punk is not a sissy"! ...punk is not dead! May the world always retain the rebellious and independent heart it deserves, just because I am angry does not mean that I am not kind enough. 【Score: 7.5 points/10 points】
