A Mexican was about to go to the United States and crossed the border and encountered a ghost. The ghost is a horse owned by Roy's wife. Later, the owner of the ghost fell from a horse and died, and before his death, he asked the Mexicans to retrieve the ghost. The Mexicans just found the ghost, Roy appeared, and the ghost's owner died before he could tell what happened. The Mexicans saw Roy run away instinctively, so he was misunderstood and became a murderer for no reason.
At the end of the film, the veteran detective finds out that the Mexican is innocent.
