Very interesting! This is the first time I watched an Iranian movie, and I never knew before watching this movie that Iran bans women from entering the stadium to watch the game orz plus! I didn't know that the Iranians had such a great passion for football! ! Judging from the movie, the atmosphere really does not lose to Brazil!
Love the narrative of this movie! I originally thought that the girl on the bus would be the protagonist. From following the girl who appeared first to the shaping of other characters, the whole process transitioned very naturally. It can be seen that the director's skills are really good. In the ending part, the reason why the first girl who appeared wanted to go to the ball was revealed, which made her feel a little heavy while moving. What I didn't expect was that there were actually a lot of moving points. It has created a warm and kind image of the Iranian people, and it also reflects the status of women and the problems in the country's policy system. The plot is tight and thought provoking, yet humorous and warm. I really like this kind of deep and thoughtful + warm style. Awesome! ! !
The film was banned from being shown in Iran because the subject matter was strongly critical of the country and the characters were too rebellious. However, the film truly reflects Iranian women's yearning for gender equality and freedom. Thanks to this movie for letting me see part of the real Iran~! I will watch more of Jafar Panahi's films when I have time ^ ^
