What kind of "kung fu" is the most powerful?

Kung Fu Panda was released in 2008, and the "Secret of the Five Heroes" came out a few months later. The first time I watched this film, I saw it during an internal training session of the previous company. It was shown to us by the company's global trainer, a Taiwanese who is about 50 years old. The company at the time was heavily promoting the TPS (Toyota Production System) campaign and of course was still doing it before I left.

And when I saw the word "empathy" this morning, I suddenly thought of the fifth secret about the Five Heroes, and probably thought of some simple truths.

The film is divided into five character stories, namely: Kuai Mantis, Spirit Snake, Crane, Tiger Girl and Golden Monkey. The following four points were narrated by the long training at that time (more than three years later, I can only express it from memory). The last secret was left to the audience at the scene, and said that if anyone understood it, they could send an email to communicate with him. At that time, I felt that I could not see the moral of the last story (of course I can't say that I have seen it now). The following is a brief share:

1. Patience
When the fast mantis was caught and imprisoned in the iron prison due to impatience, at first he wanted to break the iron prison with his impatience, but the crocodile who caught him had long thought of this. So Mantis had no choice. He was lying in the prison, watching the sunrise and sunset, and when he felt that the world was faster than him, he suddenly had an epiphany and thought of a way to escape—playing dead.
With Mantis' previous character, he felt that the world was too slow, and even if others wanted to tell him there was a trap, he set off without the patience to listen. When I found that I lacked patience, I learned to be patient, and finally thought of ways to deal with the enemy.
The first condition for success is patience.

2. It's not courage, it's "do yourself"
The second point or the courage introduced at the end of the video is different, and I am more willing to accept the "do yourself" that the trainer said at the time.
Ling Snake's father is a poisonous snake who protects the village. When Ling Snake was born, he did not inherit her father's most powerful weapon - fangs. She loves dancing, and her father worries about her future every time she sees it.
One day, an intruder in armor came to Murakami and defeated the snake's father, but the snake defeated the intruder in her own way. When her father saw it, he smiled knowingly.
Everyone has his unique characteristics, the key is to be yourself.

3. Confidence
. Like cranes, many people do not see their inner potential, so they lack self-confidence. Seize an opportunity to show yourself, and you will feel new power. Only confident people can face difficulties and challenges.
[From inferiority complex to self-confidence, sometimes, a person is needed for guidance, and that person is "Mei Ling". ]

4. Control your power (control you power)
This point is not the same as mentioned in some film reviews, I still prefer the understanding of the trainer.
Tiger Niu's natural abilities and appearance make others appear "monster", which makes her sad too. Many people also have great abilities but make others feel uncomfortable.
Control needs to be practiced repeatedly, from rigid to soft, and finally to a combination of rigid and soft.
[Similarly, you also need someone to help you at this time, usually this person is an elder or someone who is more capable than you;]

5. Empathy (empathy)
When Master Turtle says "I see your deep pain ” The golden monkey immediately cried. This is empathy. The master feels his pain from the golden monkey's point of view through the behavior of the golden monkey, so he can heal the heart of the golden monkey. This is probably the deepest of the five secrets.
A lot of people say it's empathy, but I think empathy includes empathy.

At that time, the trainer said that these five points are in order. I think it is probably a process of growth, from self-cultivation to peace of mind.

"Fist and feet are dazzling, but they are only part of kung fu. 'Kung fu' means to pursue excellence and strive to be the best. This is the meaning of kung fu."
