Netflix's Chinese subtitle errors lead to misinterpretation of key information

The Chinese subtitles of the show are 100% translated based on English subtitles, and the translator's English level has not reached the level of perfection. Some translations are horribly wrong, such as

The Chinese translation of the dialogue between the bearded policeman and the female psychiatrist in episode 6 is extremely unreliable, which caused me to wonder when I first watched it. Did the police kill people?

Watching her jump naked into the pool, I strangled that hen, if you know what I mean, so she's dead now.

The meaning of the last three sentences is all wrongly translated, and it is very wrong.

Netflix English translation here is

When she jumped into her swimming pool, naked.

I choked the chicken, if you get me.

And now she is dead.

What does choked the chicken mean, I googled the picture and found out it means man masturbating. I took a look at the Japanese version of the translation by the way, and sure enough, the Japanese version translated as masturbation, I は 思わず masturbation をし

this is choked the chicken

So the correct translation of these four sentences should be: I hid in the dark and watched Katharina jump into the pool naked, I masturbated, and now she is dead.

Before raping the female psychiatrist, the bearded policeman also said that I didn't even have the courage to knock on Katharina's door, which shows that Katharina was not killed by the bearded policeman.

The four French words in Moritz's box are Haine hatred, Amour love, Fidélité loyalty, and Dégoût disgust.

If there's a second season of the show, I'm guessing the love-overwhelmed policewoman would be an introduction to perfumer Moritz's Hate Perfume.

The third episode of Elena reading perfume novels on campus The details are great, Elena stares at the mother when she sees the murdered little boy running to her side (Elena longs for motherly love), Toothless stares in the distance Looking at Elena, Roman (looked familiar at first glance, and checked the twins who had played the minefield) listless, and only the scholar Moritz took the initiative to ask Elena to continue reading. In the eyes of Xueba Moritz, perfume is the love of his life.
