This is the first time I've written a movie review, and it's this movie that prompted me to write. The title of Miss Violence made me start to mistake it for some kind of ludicrous teen comedy, but it turns out it's not worth laughing at.
At the beginning of the film, a little girl who celebrated her eleventh birthday committed suicide by jumping off the building. Before she jumped off the building, she did not have the innocent smile of a normal eleven-year-old child. Maybe she was not happy for her birthday at all. Is there any reason? Moreover, when the camera changed to the eleven-year-old girl crossing the balcony fence with her feet ready to commit suicide, a smile appeared on her immature face, as if this suicide was the only way to gain freedom .
As I watched it gradually, I realized how distorted this family was. The father is the head of the family. He is in charge of everything big and small in his own way. Anyone who does something wrong will be punished. At first, my mother's dull expression made me incomprehensible. Later, I realized that my mother, who has always been obedient and silent, knew everything, but she didn't want to pay attention to it, because she would also be punished by her father. Every time my mother watches TV, she turns to natural animals, and I personally think whether this is the mother's feeling that living in this family is better than surviving in the wild like animals. (Or maybe it means something else)
The eldest daughter. At the beginning of the film, she told her mother that she was pregnant. The mother was not happy, and did not ask who her father was, but repeatedly asked her if she was sure she was pregnant. The eldest daughter is an important person to the father in this family. She gave birth to a son and a daughter, the result of union with her father. Because child benefits are so much money that they can support a family without having to go out to work, fathers let their eldest daughter give birth to every pregnancy. At the beginning, I always saw that the eldest daughter was very obedient to her father, and smiled at her father from time to time. I thought that the eldest daughter might have fallen in love with her father after being submissive again and again, and planned to live like this, but After watching the whole film, I thought about it seriously, and then I felt that she didn't want to be punished by her father. Just like a mother, she knew everything, but she just didn't dare to disobey, so the eldest daughter in the film was rarely punished. In the film, the eldest daughter is pregnant, but her father insists on letting her go out to "make money". I think the eldest daughter is actually protecting her sister and daughter, but she vomited during the "business" process. Father pulled her hair to the toilet. This scene makes me sad.
Second daughter. At 14 years old, she should be the most rebellious one. Wanting to go out to play, to find friends, these are all things normal children do, but the father agrees to punish him every time. When I saw my father pick up his second daughter from school, the car pulled into a dark and dirty driveway, and the second daughter opened the door and opened the back seat door. I didn't know what was going on at first, but then the camera changed to when the father was taking money from the two middle-aged men, and the second daughter came down the stairs from the back in sexy clothes, and then I realized. Because the eldest daughter was pregnant and was not suitable for "business" before, so it was changed to the second daughter. I wondered if those people knew that these fathers brought over to do "business" their own daughters. Later, the second daughter and the teacher mentioned something about her father's violence. The father was very angry when he returned home. Later, bad luck came to the youngest granddaughter in the family (actually also the father's daughter, who promoted the granddaughter to the outside world).
grandson. I feel that my grandfather (father) doesn't like him very much because he is a boy. When he asked to be slapped by his sister, he was in tears but didn't cry. I think he hates grandpa very much. I think he really wants to grow up quickly and have the strength to defeat grandpa.
granddaughter. A very beautiful little angel, because he wanted to eat ice cream, he was taken out by his grandfather (father) to do "business". After the petite she was injured, she went home and wanted to wake her mother (eldest daughter), but was dragged away by her grandfather. The eldest daughter woke up, and the mother quietly let the eldest daughter go to sleep. Then the camera turned to the mother to polish the silverware knife, with a dull expression. The father came back with a package of ice cream, filled two bowls, one for the mother, the father went to bed first, and the mother picked up the ice cream that was about to melt and ate. I feel that eating such a sumptuous meal every day, knowing that my daughter and granddaughter earned it with their flesh, will taste like chewing wax.
On the day when the film ended, my father died in his bed, and my mother was no longer indifferent, with a smile on her face. Seeing the eldest daughter crying and laughing, she knew that her heart must be like the feeling of being knocked down by a five-flavor bottle. I think it's mostly happy. The blood splattered on my father's bed, I guess my father must have been stabbed a lot.
However, the director left his hand at the end. The mother sat on the sofa with the children standing in front of her. The mother instructed the eldest daughter to lock the door, and then it was over. Personally, I wonder if this implies that the patriarchy has just gone, and the maternity will take over the family again. In short, regardless of any conjectures or results, this film makes people think about the serious problem of domestic violence. This not only affects the children's future growth, but also affects the children's psychology. Therefore, we should pay more attention to children's psychology, not to use violence to solve problems, and to be a civilized person, there are reasons for unethical things, so don't touch those bottom lines.
