In this film, Orson Welles keeps changing the story scenes, carefully designing every film screen and shooting angle, so that the audience can enjoy a visual feast throughout the whole film viewing process.
Orson Welles likes to play the kind of mysterious, unpredictable and psychologically complex characters in movies. This time, he played Arkadin, who did some evil deeds to accumulate primitive wealth, and later became a rich man. He is proud of his ruthlessness as a human being, (so he often likes "Cheers to our nature!", "Cheers to money!"). But the residual moral sense in his heart made him really ashamed, so he never wanted to let his daughter know the fact that he made a fortune like this, so, with the help of the stupid Stratten, he killed one by one. All those in the know, but eventually their own daughter learned the truth of the whole truth. After learning this news, he drove the plane from the sky to the ground in a daze, and died.
You see, sometimes, "If you want people to not know, you must do it yourself." This sentence will really come true. At least in the movies.
