Majid Majidi's 2001 work tells the difficult life of Afghan refugees living in Iran. The background is briefly explained at the beginning of the film. From the Soviet Union's invasion of Afghanistan in 1979 to the Taliban armed civil war, more than 1.5 million Afghan refugees flooded Entering Iran to take root and multiply, but there is not enough life and job security, the film tells the story of Barron disguised as a man to work on a heavy construction site, and tossed and tossed because of being unable to adapt, while the male protagonist Latif is more of a bystander. Before the discovery of the daughter's body, it was the current situation of discrimination against Afghans by the local Iranians, and then joined the director's sympathy and compassion, fighting with the inspector, raising money for Barron and selling the precious ID card. In the same poverty-stricken life, he poured great compassion and care, and he was affectionate but not sensational.
