The title has nothing to do with the series.
Has the "King Dao Juvenile Manga" now become a derogatory term?
The various negative comments that I have turned to, go back and forth around those topics.
The most mentioned is the aphrodisiac-like effect of cooking in the play, so the male protagonist is also dubbed the king of medicine. First of all, as a real girl, it is rare that I am not disgusted with the plot of selling meat. The first is because the episode of eating food and clothing does not only happen to girls, but to men, women and children regardless of age or gender. It didn't make me feel uncomfortable like those who sold meat in the past. The second is because, instead of adding old, clichéd, and deliberately terrifying plots like "a girl with big breasts falls down and she's fat" in the comics, it's better to set it up so that you will burst into clothes when you eat cooking. Welfare for the people. Moreover, whether you like this setting or not, at least everyone can think of the spirit of eating halberds when they mention cooking and bursting clothes, which is a success to some extent. The welfare scene in the later period gradually decreased, and it would be biased to directly define it as Lifan. Because of the dubbing in the animation, the sense of shame is doubled. And the nudity in the comics, not only does not make me ashamed, but also makes me feel that the drawing is very good.
Another thing that has been criticized by many is the so-called weak plot. Actually I am very confused. Assassination and eating halberd are now the same existence as the candidates for the JUMP pillar, why not keep it as a long story and instead publish it for half a year? For such a long-form work, the content of the first 50 chapters of the manga adapted from the 24 episodes of the animation is still a little less. I specifically flipped through Hokage, and at chapter 50, the Chunin exam started, and it didn't reach a climax at all. Therefore, I feel that after watching the animation, it is still too early to make a judgment that the plot is weak. And the animation of these 24 episodes is by no means bad-looking, at least after I watched the animation, I couldn't help but finish it together with the manga. I also don't understand the development of the comics recently. This is the meaning of preparing to open a new long chapter.
Since it is a work of the same type, the Spirit of Eating Halberd will inevitably be taken out for comparison with the Chinese masters. The Chinese Little Master is a classic, and I still remember watching it during the summer vacation when I was a child, and I can clearly recall the scenes inside—for example, the little master showed his shining proof of a super chef. However, in some places, the spirit of halberd is still made with great care. For example, many dishes in it have recipes, which are more feasible than the dishes in Xiaodang's family (the taste is difficult to say). Another point is that a large part of Xiaodang's family is a unit drama-style story. One episode goes to a place, cooks a dish, and solves a difficult problem. If I changed it, I probably couldn't watch it anymore. In contrast, the spirit of eating halberds has short stories one after another, and the plot develops happily when you are almost tired of reading short stories, and the rhythm is still very touching. You can't just say something as scathing as "not at all comparable" just because the young master of China is older.
One thing has to be admitted, this work is really in a hurry in terms of characterization, except for a few individuals, the rest of the characters are still too thin. There are only a few people going back and forth who play a role in promoting the plot, and most of them are girls :)
There are always comments like "a routine with other kingly teenagers" in the current hot-blooded juvenile manga comments. I just want to say, I'm not convinced! Has "Wang Dao Juvenile Manga" also become a black spot now? Indeed, in general, the bloody anime plot can't escape the boss and upgrade the memory kill. But what happened to this? Even if the content of the memory killing is similar to the old-fashioned, it can move me and make me cry. It is a good memory killing. I'm not afraid of people laughing when I say it. I shed tears more than once during the process of watching the animation and manga of Spirit of Halberd. I like plot-oriented stories, as well as juvenile-oriented works that can lose logic as long as they have passion. Anyway, compared to the legendary plot direction next door that seems to be telling a story, but the story is actually told in a mess, then I would rather watch the burning boy Xiang.
Maybe it's my weirdness, even if it's the same plot, the same routine and the same template, as long as it burns, I can watch it.
PS: Now people are too difficult to serve. Some people criticized the assassination classroom as a juvenile manga, not worthy of being the pillar of JUMP. Turning around, someone commented that the halberd-eating spirit of Wang Dao's young man's routine is too old. I also don't understand _(:зゝ∠)_
In the end, I want to sell Amway to the original comics! The impact of the storyboard is more powerful, and the characters are better-looking.
