E8 saw two-thirds of the time, thinking in his heart, there must be a reversal with so much left, there must be a reversal, and it's time to waste time.
Why can't I accept this ending:
1. Characters and stories are heavily segregated. Replacing the two protagonists with anyone, or simply deleting the protagonists, will not change the development and ending of the story. There is a point of view that this drama highlights the struggle of the characters, and it is indeed a struggle. For a while, I wanted to continue the investigation, and for a while I thought about the family giving up. After letting it go for many years, I still feel that this is not good, there is no ending, and I am not at ease. Then came a wave of old music, and it didn't take much effort to discover the truth. It seems that the protagonist is very incompetent and hesitant, not worthy of the title of "True Detective".
2. The characterization is superficial. The acting skills of the actors are still good, but to the next point, the story is not good, and the characters seem superficial. Although the names of the two protagonists in the first season are a bit vague, I still remember that one is borderline, lonely, and persistent. The other is very social, foiling the former. This season is a black and a white two grumpy old brothers.
3. This is a detective drama, bro, there are so many foreshadowings, and finally, to tease you, we are pursuing inner fulfillment. Don't focus everything on philosophy, and read poetry at every turn. Open the door and check the water meter!
ps: "Memories of Murder" is also a tortuous process, and the ending is flat, but the effect is much better, and there is no deviation
