On the recommendation of a friend, I watched it recently, and I suddenly fell in love with an art form such as musicals. But it's not unpopular now, presumably many people have come into contact with musicals because of this show. After watching the show, I thought about it and decided to find a musical to start watching. For this, I also spent a lot of money (not much, not much) to buy a projector.

It’s a pity that the first time I watched a musical was not in a theatre. When I was studying in the UK in the early years, I wanted to go to the West End to watch a musical many times, but at that time, I didn’t like it, I just thought that London The musical in the West End is very famous. If you want to see it, you should consider it as a souvenir of your visit. Unfortunately, although the school is very close to London, every time it is delayed due to other things, I always think about the next time. There will be a chance. As a result, I didn't go there until graduation.

After a bit of Baidu, I decided to start with the four major musicals. The most famous one is The Phantom of the Opera. I have known this musical for a long time. I have heard this very classic aria on different occasions and in different places. However, I have always just listened to music, and I do not know the story behind the music.

Because there is too much work every day, 2 hours of opera, basically took time to spend 2 days to watch. I always thought that musicals would be boring, but I didn't expect it to be completely different from what I imagined, and I didn't expect that I, who have high tears, would cry while watching musicals. The music is so motivating, and at every critical node, the aria can attract and continue to look down.

In fact, it told a short story, or, in fact, it was a very short time, and it was completely concentrated in 2 hours. Come to think of it, whether it's an opera or a musical, the length of time is similar to that of a movie, so I won't tell a story that spans too long.

The story is not complicated. From a superficial point of view, it is actually a love story of three people. A musical genius who was not recognized by others and had a terrifying face since childhood, fell in love with an ordinary girl, secretly cared for her, taught her to sing, and helped her become the protagonist of the theater. But when the girl unintentionally took off the mask of genius, she was frightened by the twisted face, full of joy turned into panic, and turned to her childhood sweetheart. The genius was unwilling and wanted revenge, but finally let him and the two leave go.

When I read it, I was actually very uncomfortable. If Christine was like Belle from Beauty and the Beast and didn't care about the prince's face, wouldn't the ending be completely different, although, in the end, Christine told Phantom that she actually loved him and wasn't afraid of him. , but I feel that it may be more pitiful at that time. When finally, Phantom let them go, then, he stayed in the underground palace, put the mask on the chair, and after disappearing, his life should be over, but he should be very happy, Christine has come to his world , gave him a brief warmth.

The first time I watched the musical, I had a lot of thoughts, but I wrote it after a few days, and I forgot a lot. I watched it superficially, and my thoughts were superficial. I think, I should watch this musical again, for the second time. ,the third time. I really like the music in here. Later, I should want to learn about "Don Juan" and "Hannibal" mentioned in this musical, as well as some background, and then watch this musical.

The above opinions are just the thoughts of a novice who is in contact with musicals for the first time, and everyone is welcome to communicate with them.
