Some comments | Multi-picture warning

Some places echoed before and after the movie, so I made some comments

At the beginning, some close-ups and highlights are used to leave people suspense, and the subsequent shots give the answer

The smiley face pattern in the movie appeared four times throughout the film. The first time was when the male protagonist went to the research institute when he was a child, one was the pattern in the closet, and the other two were on the cantaloupe shot.

The little girl at the beginning is the same person at the end

The jigsaw puzzle made by the male lead at the beginning appears at the end

At the beginning, the shots of the male owner's law firm and the investigator found the shots of the male owner's office

The male protagonist checks the monitoring of the garage when he is in the office. There is a long interval between this shot and the subsequent plot, which is easy to be overlooked.

The words of the money laundering boss and the male lead echoed the conversations of the investigator afterwards (from the change of tone, infer the male lead’s illness, then infer the appearance, and then lock the mathematician)

In the first few shots, we can see how much the male protagonist loves this painting. The female protagonist wants to study art before university, and she also likes this painting very much.

In the end, the painting of "Dogs Playing Poker" is just a joke

The hero gives the favorite painting to the heroine who also likes this painting

The reason why the cup is recessed is also explained later

Finally, I highly recommend the two scenes in the hotel, especially the shot in the door crack, which is very artistic

The Accountant quotes

  • Dana Cummings: What is this place?

Christian Wolff: Panamerica Airstream, 34ft 7inches long, 8ft 5 inches wide. Dimensions which are perfectly adequate for one person. Preferable, even.

Dana Cummings: This is where you live?

Christian Wolff: No, I don't live here, this is a storage unit, that would be weird.

  • Brax: When you interrupt somebody like that, it makes them feel that you're just not interested in what they have to say. Or maybe you think what you have to say is just more important that what I have to say. Is that what you think?
