A very awakening reflection on the destruction of Jews in World War II.
The story tells the tragedy in a comedy way, and the tears after laughter can more awaken the pain.
The train went all the way to the Holy Land, Israel, longing for a free and safe life, but the most important countries it passed through: Germany, Poland, and Russia, all of which had outstanding records of exterminating Jews in World War II, and they ranked among the top three in extermination of Jews.
After the war, Jews used collective wisdom to create a kind of extreme Jewish sadness around the world, aroused the world's compassion for Jews, and played a great positive role in the reconstruction of Jews after the disaster and the prevention of similar incidents from happening again.
On the other hand, how stupid and numb the Chinese are after similar tragedies happen. Throughout World War II, about 6 million Jews were exterminated, and the number of deaths that can be counted in China is 18 million. The most conservative estimate of abnormal deaths caused by natural disasters, diseases and plagues during the war is between 45 million and 52 million. It was not a Japan. The big carnival of people in Nanjing is 1500 times.
Today, what has the Chinese film and television media done compared to the Jews? ?
Basically doing nothing: there is no reflection on the worm-like extinction of Chinese life, no comprehensive and objective description of this history, and no film or documentary with such weight as the Jewish people.
The Chinese media people are allowing the tragic situation to be forgotten in the time of indifference and numbness. They have been spreading the universal values of the United States like chicken blood, but they have ignored the fact that the West has been a manipulator of genocide for 500 years.
Recommended 2013 film: Ida the nun, this film is also an excellent work of Jewish reflection.
