I was looking for "The Time Traveler's Wife" and saw this by accident, it's really good! However, what attracts me most is not the protagonist's ability to travel, but the relationship between him and his wife and brother. He has the greatest wife in the world and a brother who loves him the most. The uncontrollable time travel has brought a lot of trouble to the protagonist's life, but his wife bears all the pressure for him without complaint, supports him, helps him, and despite the pain in her heart, she never turns back for love. And the brotherhood between him and Jack moved me even more. They are not a pair of harmonious brothers, and there have been great conflicts since they were very young, but Jack, the elder brother, has never lessened his love for his younger brother because of this. Although Jack keeps misunderstanding his younger brother, everything he does is out of concern for him, to protect him. When my brother was in danger, he risked his own professional beliefs to help him. Throughout the film, I was moved by Jack's dedication. He bears no less pain than the protagonist. Of course, this doesn't mean that the protagonist doesn't love his brother. After learning the truth, he was the first to tell Jack. I think it was based on the subconscious trust in his brother, and he needed help in the past. Sometimes he can't help but rely on his brother. He resisted his brother on the surface, but I could feel that in his heart he deeply loved this brother and regarded him as the person he trusted most.
Although there may not be a second season, I am still very happy that at the end of the first season, the relationship between the protagonist and his wife has sublimated, and the two brothers are reconciled as before (of course, our great Jack is still desperate to help his brother). Anyway, it's a happy ending. May God bless them!
