"The Master of the Underworld" is also known as "Happy Two Heavens" and "Beetle Juice". Through the bizarre underworld, we can appreciate the director’s fantasy brain and extraordinary imagination, and add comedy effects to traditional ghost movies. The image of "Master of Beetle Juice", an expert in the underworld, makes this haunted house interesting. As a work released in 1988, the film incorporates comedy elements into the horror, and it is not out of the ordinary. It is more interesting for today. It may be said that the director Tim Bolton is not familiar to everyone, but everyone may know that "Edward Scissorhands", "Big Fish", "Alice in Wonderland", "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory"... their styles are mostly weird. Fantasy and fascinating

A typical black comedy, if you compare it~ Some scenes are more serious than the Adams family, but the whole is by no means as exciting as the latter, and it is still relatively good-looking.

Beetlejuice is the most innocent and boring villain I have ever seen. In the end, I don’t know what purpose he wants to get. Alec Baldwin is a perfect interpretation of the evolutionary history of the beautiful boy to the dead pig's head

Beetlejuice quotes

  • [Evaluating her new home]

Delia: A little gasoline... blowtorch... no problem.

  • Barbara: [after Jane did not hear Adam call her] She didn't see you, right?

    Adam: Unh-uh.

Barbara: [reading the handbook] In the book: "Rule Number Two: the living usually won't see the dead".

    Adam: 'Won't' or 'can't'?

Barbara: It just says 'won't'. God, this book is so stupid. I can't understand anything in it.

[Adam takes the book and closes it]

Adam: Barb, honey... we're dead. I don't think we have very much to worry about anymore.
