The film consists of four stories "The Box", "Birthday Party", "Don't Fall Down", and "Her Only Living Son". "The Box" is about a mother with a pair of children on the subway meeting a weird man holding a red gift box. His son Danny glanced at the contents of the box out of curiosity. When he got home, Danny got sick. After a hunger strike, her husband and daughter Jenny also developed this symptom... In the end, the protagonist was to save her husband, son, and daughter, and the three of them were sitting around a table and eating themselves... "Birthday Party" is about a mother who discovered that her divorced husband had died at home while preparing for a birthday party for her daughter Lucy. In order not to discourage her daughter, she had to hide her husband's body before the arrival of relatives and friends. In "Don't Fall", a foreign girl Gretchen, while playing with her friends in the mountains, was "stung" by a strange stone painted with murals, and then mutated into a bloodthirsty monster, killing all her companions. In "Her Only Living Son", the devil gave birth to children through the belly, and gave birth to the devil's son, which must be returned to the devil. But the mother didn't want to hand over the child who was connected to her, so she hid in a small place, hoping to watch the child grow up healthily. But in the end they can only fall in a pool of blood together...
