forgive. brave. Love

Not long ago, in a children's literature class, I watched a French film "Geego and the Witch". This is a cartoon with very strong pictures and lines, without the routine mode of an adult love story. The story is about how Ji Ligu used forgiveness and bravery to love someone who was both feared and hated.

When I was a child, when the children were ecstatic about the finale of the witch queen in "Snow White", I was desperately trying to justify the witch in my heart. I believed that the witch was a beautiful queen. She was just too beautiful and attracted a lot of people. Everyone is jealous of her, so everyone says she is a bad person. The queen is beautiful, beautiful to the point of loneliness, lonely to the point of death. Her death made Snow White and the prince so happy. Everyone says, "The poor man must have something to hate." But does the hateful man also have his own pathos?

I believe that hateful people must have unknown pity. Like the witch in "Geelygo and the Witch", she is a beautiful, intelligent woman. The villagers said that the witch used magic to stop the water from flowing out; the villagers said that the witch captured all the men in the village and ate it; the witch wanted to capture and eat the children. The villagers hated her, were afraid of her, the witch never defended her, she was just silent, stubbornly silent.

Why are witches so bad? If there was no gibberish, maybe the witch was as bad as people thought.

I think I should thank the director for creating the character of Ji Ligu. The little protagonist, Jiligu, when she was born, her mother told Jiligu that her father was eaten by a witch, and the little Jiligu's first reaction was: "Why are witches so bad?" The witch, but ran to find the grandfather to find out the roots.

Why are witches so bad? Actually the witch is not really bad, but because of the stinger. The stinger on the witch's back is the source of her pain and the source of her witchcraft.

Wounds that hurt day and night make people evil and strong.

The witch does not have the magic power that people preach and fear, she is just a wounded but proud woman who does not want to be seen and hides her wound. She hated that wound, and was tormented by it every day. She also wanted to pull out the stinger inserted in the wound, but she couldn't do it herself, and because the stinger was inserted so deeply, it would be unbearable to pull out the stinger, so she had to remove the stinger. Locked in a cave by herself, watching everything around her vigilantly and hostilely, she never stepped out of her house to avoid exposing her back to others. The witch doesn't eat people either, she loves potatoes like all the villagers, she catches the men in the village and locks them up just to stubbornly hide her secrets.

The story ends with a touching ending. After untold hardships, Ji Ligu finally pulled out the poisonous arrow stuck on the witch's back and healed her pain. The men in the village all came back, and the place where the witch had walked bloomed, and the witch's kiss made Ji Ligu suddenly grow up, and they fell in love. Because of Ji Ligu's forgiveness and bravery, people who were hateful have become less hateful.

The whole movie does not have a lot of joy and excitement, but in the bland, we feel very relieved. I think, if each of us has more forgiveness and love in our life, and always treat others with kindness with a pure heart, then maybe there will not be so many bad people in this world.

The following is the conversation between Ji Ligu and his grandfather -

Ji Ligu said, just now I was afraid that the termite nest would not open.
Grandpa asked, what should you do if the termite nest was not opened just now?
I'll dig a hole, and I can still come in. Grandpa, I am too small, I want to grow up.
Grandpa said, will you become smaller when you grow up? Now that you are small, you can go into places that others cannot. You should be grateful. When you grow up, be grateful for being able to grow up.
Chiligu said, Grandpa, can you make me bigger now?
Grandpa said no.
Ji Ligu said, why, don't you know everything.
Grandpa replied, no, I know very little.
Grandpa said, you are very good, and keep asking why, but if you keep asking like this, you will definitely ask how the world came to be. In this case, you curious baby will not have enough time to talk about witches that really interest you. Kahaba.
Ji Ligu said, well, then today I will only ask you the question of the witch Kahaba.
Ji Ligu said, sometimes I feel so tired, I have to deal with so much trouble alone, I feel so small and a little scared. Can you give me a talisman to protect me?
Grandpa said, no, because you don't have the protection of amulets, you have the strength to fight against witches. The witch knows how to use amulets and spells. She makes those who think they have the protection of spells relax their guard. On the contrary, she doesn't know how to To deal with, there is a pure heart, innocent and smart people.
