Bad movie so cheating money

How can such a bad film be used to cheat money, the plot is bad, it's like a strong fight. Fortunately, Jay Chou is only acting as a friendship, otherwise the film will not be able to watch. Feng Xiaogang's role in a little more may be able to add some color to the whole film. I don't understand why people in Heilongjiang and at the junction with Russia speak a strong Henan accent? I don't understand why the Henan accent in the Russian factory is half-hearted English, because Mao doesn't speak Russian?
