a simple stroy about death

this is a simple story about death.

it is simple because the hero has not done anything quite special or touching.

but how can anything related to death be simple?

It seems that no hero in the moive has chosen to continue work after knowing that the deadline of their lives. Do they tell us that the purpose of work is to enable us to do sth else? and mostly they return to famliy and friends to chase for mental content or travel around the world to see as much as they can.

the hero in Le temps qui reste only told his cancer to his grandma on the only reason that we are going to dead soon.

he tried to see the relationship with his parents, sister and lover differently. he finally make up the relationship with his sister after hurting each other and took picture of them quitely without being recognised.

what is the reason he agreed to have a baby with the woman ? to help others or just to leave sth in the world?

the movie just make me think about the most important thing in the world, love and family. I guess so.

    Le père: Of course.

    Romain: No, she's right.

La mère: Why do you say that?

Romain: I don't want to photograph her kids.

    Le père: Romaine, stop.

    Sophie: Leave it, Dad.

Romain: And you know why? Because they sprang from you, and your ugly mug would be in the picture. It makes me want to puke.

    La mère: Romaine, stop it!

Romain: No wonder your man left. It's like you made the kids alone.

  • Le père: How are things with Sasha?

Romain: Not bad, not great. We'll probably break up soon.

    Le père: Shit. Why?

Romain: Like in all couples, routine kills desire.
