May your life be worth as much as your expectations

The plot of this film is very simple. The director mainly uses the perspective of the little girl Paloma to try to discuss with us: How should people define the value of life? How should I live my life?

In the film, the little girl Paloma has been very intelligent since she was a child. Through her own long-term observation, she found that most people's lives are ordinary and boring, and they live a life that is almost repeated every day. Every year is like today. People are like goldfish in a fishbowl, moving gradually towards the end of their lives minute by minute under the established fate trajectory. Therefore, she was tired of this kind of life that saw the end at a glance, and wanted to end her life early.

However, there are still a small number of people in life who can break through the common social problems of peaceful times - spiritual emptiness and boredom. Represented in this film are Concierge Aunt Honey and Japanese Gentleman Grand, and it was they who taught young Paloma that life can be so graceful and colorful. At this point, Paloma also dispelled the idea of suicide.

Many years ago, I was like Paloma in the film, and I liked to think like Paloma, and I found out that life is so boring, and everyone can't get rid of it. Although everyone is born from a different starting point, death is fair to everyone (at least for many years to come). Whether you were once rich or poor, whether you were famous or unknown, you will eventually face death alone, no matter if you faced it with calmness or fear. After death, everything before us suddenly loses all meaning, just like a mark on the beach, which fades little by little under the erosion of waves and wind and sand, leaving no trace in the end.

When I was in high school, I thought about quitting school, no longer struggling in the world, and no longer competing with others for fame and fortune in the world, and went to a deep mountain and an old forest to be an ordinary Taoist priest until the day when my life ended. However, I didn't do it after all, because I figured it out later.

First, the real life is ordinary and trivial, but the exploration of the unknown field and the unknown world is a longing and yearning after all, and this kind of fun is worth pursuing for the rest of my life. Second, the philosophy of being born and joining the world is not about the environment in which you live, but about the change in your inner way of thinking, sticking to your own principles and bottom lines, suppressing spiritual poisons such as greed, hatred, and delusion, and protecting yourself and those you love. , this kind of happiness is worth my life to experience. For me, since there are so many things that can make me feel happy and joyful, how can I be like "the ancient Buddha with green lights for a lifetime" as I thought before.

Finally, I hope you and I can make my heart more full, full, and comfortable, which is also like what this film said at the end- I hope the value of your life is equal to your expectations !

PS: Although I feel that the style of this movie is not bad, I personally feel that the plot is still a little too thin, so I will deduct two points and give it an 8-point evaluation.
