more like a tragic comedy

It tells the eight-day story of a violin musician from deciding to die to his death, unfolding in the form of memories, interspersed with the status quo. I used a more exaggerated and artistic method, but to me it was more like a tragedy.

Tragic episode 1: One-way love loses from the start. Faringuisse still married Nasserali on the premise that he knew that Nasserali did not love him at all and had another woman in his heart, which directly led to the unfortunate marriage. Before her death, Nasserali did not care for her at all. Although she sent her favorite plum chicken, she still told her that she had never loved her. Faringuisse's life was too humble to love. After waiting for a person all his life, he didn't get any love.

Tragic plot 2: In addition to love, marriage requires unified values. The moment Faringuisse broke Nasserali's favorite violin, the two of them were destined to never bond again. Nasserali was right, she should have known before she got married that she was married to a musician, not a worker. In contrast, Irâne was a better fit for Nasserali, because she understood him and was willing to appreciate his art. What could be more tragic than Faringuisse sobbing outside the room while Nasserali played his violin thinking about Irâne?

Tragic plot 3: The world is very big, and bosom friends are hard to find. After deciding to die, Nasserali thought of Socrates, thinking that he should also leave his thoughts in the world and pass them on to future generations. When I called a pair of children to the bed and seriously wanted to tell them about life and art, what I got was that my son farted and the children laughed out loud. Nasserali was desperate at the time, his ambitions were not passed on, and his dreams were not understood. Perhaps it is easy to understand why he decided to die.

Tragic plot 4: Life is indeed short, but those who live always forget to cherish it. When I watched the movie, I kept thinking, does it mean that people really think about their own life before dying? When Death came to visit Nasserali, he opened his eyes wide and asked, "Will it be a little late for me to regret now?", but he had already made up his mind to die for so many days, but he was still unhappy when Death came, and still wanted to go back on it. Life may be a mess, but it's better to be alive than dead. At least alive, I can change anything.

As for the title of the film "The Taste of Plum Chicken", I understand that plum chicken is Nasserali's favorite food, perhaps a symbol of his life. And the taste of plum chicken refers to the taste of his life. In fact, he also loves his life, but because he has no understanding and support, and the person he loves is not around, he has the idea of leaving.
