Because I chose this movie to play in an English drama, I watched it twice in its entirety, and some clips were watched countless times.
First of all, I feel that the sentences in this film are not too difficult, and it is suitable to watch the pure English version repeatedly to practice listening and translation. Secondly, the first time I read Jane Eyre's book was in the third and fourth grades of primary school, and I didn't quite understand it. Looking at it until now, I feel sorry for Jane Eyre. Especially self-esteem, admiration. Especially when he found out that Rochester has a wife and Rochester asked her not to care about the secular rules to be with him, who would care about these (isn't it three?) Jane Eyre said "I care" and got up and left. Being able to make such a choice in this situation is also very powerful. It is simply that love is sincere and precious, and self-esteem is more expensive.
One thing I don't understand is that the love between Rochester and Jane Eyre came a little suddenly, so I don't understand it very well. The plot is too jumpy.
The first time I watched it, I was a little confused, but after repeated many times, the more I tasted, the more flavorful it became. Love the character of Rochester.
