The first movie of 2014 was Police Story 2013, and it felt pretty good.
Recently, when I watch movies, I just kill them directly. I only read the title and not the introduction. Is this trust in the actors and directors? Or just lazy? = =
I don't have any special insights, I just want to read it in pieces.
The director is to make the plot more suspenseful, and the title is a bit tricky. I truly believe that the protagonist will stand upright, but I was also frightened by the suicide of the protagonist.
From meeting the parents, to the kidnapping incident, to the final truth trial. In the middle are the protagonist's work experience and family life, the villain's upbringing and criminal motives, the comical jokes of the supporting characters, and of course, the police raid. Jackie Chan is still able to fight as always, and Liu Ye's perverted level of acting as a criminal does not make one think that he is the president of Huohua.
The older people get, the more timid they become, and the pictures of fighting and violence that they used to love are now more and more unsightly. Besides, when I saw the scene of the fight, I thought that Jackie Chan was so passionate and desperate at a young age, meaningless pity would arise spontaneously, so I almost closed my eyes for the wonderful fight scenes. (By the way) The one who broke free from the wire tied to his hand and the broken hand didn't dare to look at TT. Fortunately, seeing the relaxed and happy tidbits at the end of the movie eased the tangled mood.
The policeman who liked this time did not exaggerate the myth of the protagonist. Although he would fight, he was still injured. Although he wanted to save the villain, he was pushed away by the villain. Although he was a saint in his heart, he also had the selfish intention of only saving his daughter. I like to see a group of police officers carefully deployed outside, trying their best to rush in, with high-grade equipment and technology, different rescue tactics, and finally rushing in with cool music playing, all these impressed me deeply. Not a one-man police story.

There is no standard answer to this main line, and it was originally set to make people so contradictory.
