Unused fructose is left in the blood and turned into fat
These fats turn into triglycerides that make you fat, clog blood vessels, and cause heart disease
Insulin can absorb glucose
but does not change the fat cells in the blood
when we eat a lot of sugar
Insulin is busy breaking down glucose
Fat is produced and cannot be broken down
Oatmeal, low-fat yogurt, toast, juice once thought to be healthy
high in sugar
That's why we don't eat junk food though
eating so-called healthy food
Thought the calorie intake was not high
But the reason why I keep gaining weight
