One more star for the acting of S and C
Seeing S's various works always reminds me of another woman who is extremely beautiful but also beyond the level of textbooks - Scarlett O'Hara. Looks can easily capture people's hearts, they want a lot, they are very willful, and they don't know much about love. The ending also has a similar part - Chasing Husband Crematorium, but the difference between the two is also obvious: the latter's zuo Much cuter and more well-received, and most importantly the latter is loved, while the former is downright tragic
There are similar settings in many film and television dramas and literary works. In order to determine each other's minds, women use all kinds of careful and small means, just like the heroine S of this show, she obviously no longer loves but still with her lover Elopement, she used a small mirror given by her lover in front of her husband. She went to the front line to visit, but she still chatted with her lover when she knew that her husband was staring at her. She hoped that her husband would return safely, but she did not say a gentle word but threatened him if he did not return. She cut down the old tree that he cared about the most. She knew that her husband was the last upright person in the UK, but she accused him of having a mistress because of jealousy... Her all kinds of things were just to stir up a little bit of C The reaction is to prove that C has a little love for her, but it's a pity, if it is an ordinary romance drama, S will definitely get his wish, who can resist such a beautiful and charming woman as S?
This is a war-themed work, it wants to express the cruelty of war and the liberation of the soul, so C will not fall in love with S, although on the train when we first met, C was so enthusiastic that he lost the etiquette that a gentleman should have, But he is destined to choose a partner who fits his soul the most. When the pure V appears as a progressive female student comparable to me, she must shoulder the responsibility of breaking all traditions and old-fashioned traditions, and how can he continue to stick to it? What about the gentleman's creed?
Overall, I'm not satisfied with this drama, because the plot is too contradictory and unreasonable. Regarding parade, I really don't understand whether the writer and director advocate or oppose it. If they oppose, why do I see everything from C. If it is a virtue, why not let C maintain consistent tolerance and restraint if it is advocated? Regarding C and S, I really don't understand whether the screenwriter and director want them to love or not. If they don't, the sudden sensuality of a gentleman is too abrupt, and the confession in the front-line hotel is too superfluous. Why can't the mirror be reunited? With love, zuo is not unforgivable. Regarding V, that kiss in the fog was too deliberate. Many people saw beauty, but I only saw vulgarity. V's personality was so double-standard that people couldn't understand it. But in front of C, she suddenly turned into a gentle little woman...
I haven't read the original book, so I don't know if the contradictions that are seen everywhere are the fault of the screenwriter and director, but if it weren't for the skilled acting skills of S and C, people would hate S, and I believe that C is the last gentleman in the UK. I can't beat four stars.
