Pipa: Listen to the rest of your life

"Pipa Xiang" came out in 2003, and in 2004 Xu Jinglei wrote and directed "A Letter from a Strange Woman". One of the selected theme music is "Pipa". Just looking at the selection of materials and music, Xu Jinglei deserves respect and praise. It's a pity that Pipa language is like a glimpse in the film, although it is amazing, it is still not in place in the end. This kind of music was originally matched with this kind of movie. Old Xu really has a lot of background, but he couldn't dig deeper. It's not Xu's fault. The environment should be blamed. Lin Hai is already a miracle, in this era, don't expect too much.

"A Letter from a Strange Woman" is the representative work of the Austrian writer Zweig. However, Xu Jinglei's adaptation is really good. Especially in the first part of the film, the clean, beautiful, and simple Jiangnan girl feels much better than Qiongfang, who is no longer young. The interpretation of this passage almost made me mistakenly believe that it was originally written by a Chinese writer.
The moment the girl hit Jiang Wen, the pipa uttered softly, softly and softly, just like the feelings of a young girl in the beginning of her love. Then, the woman whispered: "Nothing in this world can compare to the undetected love that a child cherishes in secret. Because this kind of love has no hope, low voice, greedy, passionate love. , This is completely different from the lustful and unknowingly greedy love of adult women. Only a lonely child can gather all the enthusiasm. Without experience, without preparation, plunged into their own destiny, just like Fell into an abyss".
This narrative is also touching and sad. Love is not something that everyone is lucky enough to experience. Sometimes, you have a childlike innocence, maybe that's enough. The essence of the Xu version of the movie is actually here.

The American version of "A Letter from a Strange Woman", as far back as 1948, was a classic in black and white movies. Tudou video is still searchable and clear. Of course, as far as Zweig's novel is concerned, the interpretation of the American version is naturally more impeccable. Zweig is good at delicate heart description, and French director Max Ophiers is also good at delicate film performance. Such cooperation is not perfect and difficult.
Xu Ban is a Chinese-style dream, right? The opening was pretty good, but later it was crushed by reality. Not to mention Xu Jinglei, any well-known director in the local China would not be able to perform it to the full. This is a national condition. No longer romantic times, no matter how good you should be.
The American version is perfect enough, but it still can't get rid of the wandering sadness. It is also the national condition, the endless compassion that the destruction of a civilization or the loss of morality brings to the conscience.

After listening to the music, watching the movie, and reading the novel. Nothing can compare to a peaceful and peaceful life.

"He thought about it for a long time...but the memory was blurred and confused, invisible and gleaming like a rock at the bottom of the water. Shadows flowed in and out, but made no picture. He felt emotional memories, but couldn't think of anything. To him, it was as if all these impressions were dreams, frequent and deep dreams, but it was just a dream." I originally had my heart on the bright moon, but the bright moon illuminated the ditch. A woman spends her whole life, a man turns around and forgets it.
