Aftermath of battle of terra (if you don’t like spoilers)

It’s been a long time since I wrote about the afterthoughts, and I always feel that I am not deep enough, including what I didn’t plan to write about this film, but after reading the Xunlei film review, I can’t help but say a few words.

This is a science fiction cartoon. Unfortunately, I watched it while sitting in front of the computer. The lack of 3D effects made the movie look bad.

The story takes place in the future. After the war broke out and destroyed the earth and the colonized planets of the two solar systems, mankind found the beautiful and rich terra star, where there is water, sunlight, and temperature suitable for human habitation, except for enough oxygen.

Terra's native intelligent creature is a creature that has no legs and can "float" in the air, relying on its "tail" to control its actions. When humans first sent an "aircraft" to explore the terra star, Sergeant Jim accidentally fell and was rescued by the alien Mara. With his help, he repaired the aircraft and returned to the human mothership.

Humans lacked enough oxygen, the commander-in-chief launched a coup and launched the oxygen-making machine to Terra. But if there is too much oxygen on the terra, the aliens will suffocate. During the battle between humans and aliens, Jim saw Mara, and the rebellion destroyed the oxygen production device.

The ending of the story is that humans created a huge mask for breathing through Mara's rescue of Jim. All humans live in the mask and live in peace with aliens.

In my opinion, this is an educational animation that promotes anti-war, environmental protection and love. It can be seen in the scene where the screenwriter sets Jim Sergeant as a hero at the end and sets him up in a statue.

However, in the Xunlei film review, I saw that many people only give the film one/five points (full marks). The reason is that the film and the male protagonist are anti-human, and when humans are about to die, they are still considering the feelings of aliens. On the contrary, many people agree with the general who launched the war, saying that he

would have a reactionary coup for the continuation of mankind's willingness to risk the world's unhappiness . From the words of these people, we can see how selfish people are now, the honor of mankind, and the continuing sense of mission of the race.

I beg to differ. Human beings start with the use of tools and are destined to make themselves more advanced through technological advancement, but human tools make themselves more vulnerable. If you do not hold the belief in kindness and love, human beings will eventually be destroyed in their own hands. I believe that there must be a class of creatures in the universe. Through their own evolution, they have found a way to protect themselves and explore the universe. That is the enviable evolutionary path.
