The Battle of Planet Tara---Crusades

Overall, the movie can be divided into several parts. The good life of the planet Tara→the invasion of the Earth Army→the battle between the hawks and the doves within the Earth Army (mixed feelings of both sides)→the invasion of the Earth Army→the Tara counterattack→peaceful settlement→the good life of the planet Tara.
The first thing the film shows is the good life of Tara. People are swimming around, seeming to break away from the concept of gravity, like a fish, very beautiful and free. Of course, the existence of the Presbyterian Church also reveals certain unfreedom and taboos. This is a test of the director’s imagination. What kind of aliens are like and what their lifestyles are. The director has not made much breakthrough. These aliens are just a little more cartoonish in shape, and their way of movement has changed. Others are similar to humans. No difference. Nevertheless, this is already very good.
Of course peace will not be permanent. The Earthlings are coming. As the story progresses, the audience gradually understands that this is a life-and-death struggle in the eyes of the "general". The people on earth have reached the limit of mountains and rivers. There is no oxygen and no territory. Facing the planet Tara, you will either go. Either I die. The design of the Earth Army’s fighter plane is very distinctive, its projection shape turned out to be a cross, which is reminiscent of a crusade. To make a long story short, Baidu knows how to explain the
Crusades as follows: "The Crusades (The Crusades) is the general term for the six religious military operations that took place from 1096 to 1291. It was created by the Christian (Catholic) countries in Western Europe. The war waged against the countries on the east coast of the Mediterranean. Since the Roman Catholic holy city Jerusalem fell into the hands of the Muslims, most of the Crusades were aimed at Islamic countries, and the main purpose was to recapture Jerusalem from Islam. During the Eastern Expeditions, The church granted a cross to each soldier, and the formed army was called the Crusade. The Crusades were generally considered to be Catholic atrocities. Nevertheless, the Crusades brought Western Europe into direct contact with the more advanced Byzantine and Islamic civilizations of the time. This contact opened the way for the European Renaissance."
To say that the Earth Army's invasion of the planet Tara is quite a crusade. Indeed, the civilization of Planet Tara seems to be a better, more harmonious, and more advanced civilization. Does the battle of Planet Tara also mean a revival that is about to begin? People on earth want to survive and need oxygen. The "general" thinks of the way to occupy Tara and dove to occupy the magpie's nest. He wants to put a huge oxygen generating device on the planet, but oxygen is fatal to the Tara people. . From the general's point of view, survival is the first principle, and he can do whatever he can. As everyone knows, Tara also survived the cruel struggle, and they also have a history of crazy fighting, but they were kindly hidden by the elders. The Earth Army’s offensive was very sharp, and the Tara’s counterattack was also effective. The successive battle scenes made people forget that this was an animated cartoon.
In the end, relying on the self-sacrifice of a hero, it seemed that a kind of salvation for the earthlings was completed. Violence cannot solve the problem. The result can only hurt both sides. The clever Tara leader had a peace talk with the terrestrial leader. The director omitted this paragraph and directly showed the result of the peace talks, that is, a special zone was created on the planet Tara for the survival of the terrestrial people. This seems to be a solution that has the best of both worlds. But will it be permanent? Has human ambition disappeared? Will the Tara and Earth people live in harmony forever? There is no answer.
From the character point of view, there are heroes and warriors among the earthlings, generals with villains; among the Tara people, there are calm leaders (dressed like African chiefs, very weak), and there are elves selected by fate; the highlights are That little robot plays an important role in connecting the earthlings and the Tara people, and is sometimes simple and cute.
In short, this is an excellent movie with no lack of imagination, and it is still 3D.
