Why won't you kill you

This film is based on a real-life story. Poly and Brian are a pair of friends who grew up together and live in South Boston. Due to the pressure of life, the two have engaged in sneaking, fighting and robbery since they were young, and they made a living from this. Gradually, the two were no longer satisfied with their boss, and began to act independently and intervened in the drug trade. Because of this, the two were caught by the police and began their five-year jail life. As the father of two children, Brian reflected in prison and hoped to be a man again after he was released from prison. He quit drinking and drugs, and stopped dealing with the original gangsters, hoping to find a decent job to support his family. But the society is far from being as tolerant as he imagined, and he has not been able to find a decent job for half a year after being released from prison. In the end, Paulie, who was released from prison, once again lived a life of gangsters. When they were planning an armed robbery of a cash transport truck, Bryan’s huge internal conflicts and his guilt towards his children, wife, and family made him finally give up this “partial” industry and continue his ordinary life. Poly was sentenced to 50 years in jail for failing the robbery.

In fact, this is just a very ordinary North American life film, no matter the fame from the director to the actor is not enough to attract attention. But they chose a good subject. Do we have the same prejudice against those around us who have been released from prison? Can we treat them fairly and let them return to society? I think I can't! Then they have only one way, which is to continue to do the original things, and only then can they survive. It's better not to let them out of prison. This is a social problem, and it is a problem that we must face squarely.
