My best friend Klaus Kinsky

There are a few paragraphs in the film that I saw in the previous trips on the road, and I guess they were taken over later.
Kinsky's eye-catching blond hair made him look like a fierce lion with mad hair. With the staring grin when roaring and the repeated training of chanting, you would think that he was experimenting with an angry character even if he was not filming.
Kinsky's narcissism is not as theorized as Dali, but it is aggressive enough to exaggerate its wildness. Self-centeredness and extreme self-interest make him like a naughty kid vying for other children's candies. No wonder the actresses who have worked with him think he is innocent.
Intoxicated in your own world, it is simply not intoxicating to describe. Although such a person will definitely cause endless troubles to the people around him, it also makes them extremely envy, because in his own world, whether he is happy or angry, he definitely comes from the heart and makes no secret of it.
Too many of us live in other people’s minds for so much time that we forget who we are.

My Best Fiend quotes

  • Werner Herzog: Every grey hair on my head, I call Kinski.

  • Beat Presser: [Herzog and Presser are looking at Presser's famous picture of Kinski trying to strangle Herzog] I truly like this very much. It happened because he must have sensed the presence of your camera.

Beat Presser: He also just wanted to let you have it, didn't he?
