Watched a very painful talk show. Two hours later, the palpitations were still still present. This is an actor who has experienced too much trauma. The first half feels that being able to turn trauma into a joke is a kind of sublimation. But the more you look at it, the weaker it becomes. Humor cannot solve the problem. The important thing is to be understood and empathized. The story needs to be seen. This is something that I have been working hard in my work, but if I meet this visitor, I don't know how to help her work. Many of the traumas she encountered were mostly women, and they were more or less encountered. Women's survival is threatened at any time, even before they are born. In terms of demand level, the fundamental problem for women lies in crisis intervention, far from psychological counseling.
