The peculiar thing is that such a good movie was actually found by searching for horror movies.
When I look at it, I look down on Kumiko's paranoid stupidity, but think about how better I am? At least she can be ignorant and fearless...
It is more real than the life of the disliked Matsuko. After all, there are very few encounters with Matsuko, and there are quite a lot of miserable heroines like Kumiko in reality.
Older leftover women cannot adapt to the mainstream society, cannot communicate with their mothers, but also have no friends or lovers. Only the mother can rely on her soul.
In our opinion, Kumiko is very sad. She was deceived by the ironic "This is based on a true story" at the beginning of the movie Fargo, chasing dream bubbles.
But for Kumiko, such a death is happy ending, because she died in her own dream, how many people can die with such satisfaction?
