The whole story, in a nutshell, is the story of the god of time being torn apart.
Disclaimer: All the following analyses are aimed at the setting of the drama itself and have nothing to do with belief itself. If there is any offense to atheists or spiritual people, please Haihan.
First, some evidence of the existence of the god of time
There are many strange things in this play. For example, when Noah tried to shoot and kill Adam, the gun did not go off. Adam explained calmly, because his mission has not yet been completed, so the God of Time will not let me. die.
Adam even has a line: "that God is nothing more than time itself ". This can be seen as a metaphor, but it can also be seen as a statement of fact.
Then please think about whether gravity is a god. Unless the earth explodes, gravity will always be there. Gravity fixes everything on the earth, which is not considered a miracle. Students feel that gravity can also be regarded as a kind of god.
That being the case, time is also a god. No matter who it is, it grows old in time. Of course, time is not omnipotent. In theory, gravity can distort time. For example, black holes will slow down time.
The Dutch philosopher Baruch Spinoza believed that there is only one highest entity in the universe (later called the Spinoza entity), the universe itself as a whole, and God and the universe are the same thing. Then time can also be part of the highest entity. More coincidentally, this philosopher believes in determinism: [He believes that the appearance of all things that have happened absolutely runs through the necessary effects. He believes that even human behavior is completely determined. Freedom is our ability to know that we have been determined and to know why we do it. So freedom is not the possibility of saying "no" to what happens to us, but the possibility of saying "yes" and understanding why things must happen that way] . Everyone, please take a taste of this sentence. It is very appropriate to use in this drama. All free will and free choice are actually decided.
In fact, the determinism is so long that it can be expressed clearly in four words : "determined by fate".
This is the setting of the whole play, and that's how the main creators set it. This is the cornerstone of the entire play. If the audience cannot accept the existence of the God of Time, then the logic of the play is completely invalid.
And stopping the bullet is the most direct evidence. Of course there are other evidences.
For example, in the seventh episode of the third season, after Jonas committed suicide and was rescued by Noah, Noah explained that no matter how hard you try to commit suicide, you will not die. There must be something that will prevent you from dying. Because your mission has not been completed. Noah even gave Jonas a gun and asked Jonas to commit suicide with the gun. Jonas tried several times, but the gun did not sound; while Noah took the gun back and fired at the window, and the gun went off. .
There is more indirect evidence. In the first episode of the first season, there was a loud noise in the cave and the flashlight flashing. Jonas saw his father covered in black liquid. In the first episode of the third season, the same loud noise and flashing flashlight were seen by Mather. The self in white is also covered with black liquid. No one explained this phenomenon from beginning to end. . .
Of course, the god of time has no face, no limbs, and no speech. So does the appearance of these two people appear as the god of time in the form of the dead? The strange thing is that it was Martha and Jonas who saw these two people, but none of them saw them. Did the god of time want to tell them something but couldn't find a way?
In addition, the flashlight flashes one after another, just like the light of a time machine when it is operating.
In addition, there are some more weird ones. In the third episode of the first season, when the time machine was working, a batch of 33 sheep died. The farmer quoted the Bible on the spot, Mark 13:33: "You must be alert. Because you don’t know when it will come."
In the eighth episode of the first season, in the dialogue between the watchmaker and the middle-aged Jonas, the watchmaker’s lines: "The Cosmic Cycle aligns every 33 years. Jesus performed 33 miracles. There are 33 litanies of the angels. Dante's 33 cantos in purgatory/paradise. "(The universe synchronizes every 33 years. Jesus performed 33 miracles. 33 angel prayers. Dante’s "Purgatory" has 33 poems, and "Heaven" is also 33 poems.) Jonas took the conversation: "and it is the age at which the Antichrist begins his rule."
33. In this episode, it seems to be a constant, or it can be called a "time constant". Just like the mathematical constant e in mathematics. There are even more constants in physics. [There are many physical constants, among which the more famous ones are the speed of light in vacuum, Planck's constant, the gravitational constant, Boltzmann's constant and Avogadro's constant]. If you look at these constants carefully, it is very strange. For example, the mathematical constant e is an irrational number (infinite and non-recurring decimal); and irrational numbers are literally "unreasonable numbers". Some scientists will convert to religion because they think that these numbers are created by gods and think that they cannot happen naturally; while other scientists believe that nature created these numbers and all factors work together to reach a balance point that creates these constants. Spinoza’s pantheism believes that "nature is God". It can be said that the above two points of view are perfectly unified, or you can make a paste for him very successfully.
So a cycle of 33 years? What is the principle; maybe it is science. But the screenwriter here is obviously hinting at a possibility.
The second step, what prank did the god of time do.
This prank is Martha and Jonathan, and all their descendants.
In the third season, we discovered that the double-digit characters in this play are all blood descendants of Martha and Jonathan, and they gave birth to Martha and Jonathan.
In other words, Martha and Jonathan are Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden; Adam and Eve gave birth to all human beings, and Martha and Jonathan gave birth to a double-digit four-generation family tree.
We know that God created Adam out of clay, and then created Eve out of Adam's ribs.
Then Jonathan and Martha are the creations of the God of Time. The god of time created them. At the end of the third season, the God of Time also erased their existence, including all their descendants.
The third step, why did the God of Time play this prank?
First of all, the god is a very strange thing, because it is close to infinite life, because it is close to the essence of science, just like we don't care about the life and death of ants, the god of time doesn't care.
Therefore, it is expected that it is a prank, rather than a physical and chemical reaction.
We know that the principle of the atomic bomb is that when the density of the nuclear material exceeds the critical point, then the atom splits to release atomic energy. This is a physical and chemical reaction. Only if someone triggers this point, you will get this result.
In the third season, we know that the watchmaker created a time machine, destroying the continuity of time, and the whole world is divided into three.
Jonathan and Martha, it can be said, are tumors that were born during the whole process.
He and she shouldn't exist. Their sufferings and the sufferings of their offspring continue to circulate, just like the gods in ancient Greek mythology who are always pushing giants uphill. All sufferings have no results, only reopening sufferings.
Seeing the end of the episode, the audience shouted and were fooled. It turns out that in the first two seasons, all we saw were puppets.
A group of puppets danced in accordance with the script given by the God of Time, seemingly a free-will choice, but in the end it became destiny.
It's like how we try to jump upwards, and we are finally pulled back to the ground by gravity. You can choose the location, time, and jumping posture. The only thing that remains is that you are pulled back to the ground by the god of gravity.
Humans cannot resist this invisible force.
The essence of the time machine.
The time machine is actually the god of time itself. Including suitcase time machine, particle time machine, portable ball time machine, all time machines will appear when they are used.
In the end, Jonas and Martha disappeared, and the same light appeared. This time without using any time machine, they just dissolved.
The source of the time machine is also unclear, the watchmaker is still Jonathan. Perhaps part of the God of Time has become a time machine.
Maybe when the world was divided into three, time itself was partially cut into fragments. Maybe Jonathan and Martha were also fragments of the god of time. At the end of the play, they just returned to the mother body.

The merger theory of parallel worlds:
The theoretical basis of parallel worlds in a serious sense: Although there are countless worlds, they will cancel each other out and merge, leaving only one real world in the end.
In the first episode of Rick And Morty's second season, the whole world began to split, splitting into 128 worlds at most. Is it very much like a watchmaker who divides the world into three?
In the end, Ricky synchronized multiple worlds through the device and merged all the divided worlds into one.
So this process is the process of merging. After the merger is completed, all the shocks are still there, but they are no longer visible.
Perhaps the last thing Jonathan and Martha did was to merge the world. World A, World B, the original world, three in one, become the final world.
World A, World B, and the original world are still part of the final world, but they cancel each other out and are no longer visible.
At the end, Jonathan and Martha stopped everything.
But if you think about it, all this is really possible. Unless it is the "sacred intervention" of the God of Time, the probability of success is too low.
Claudia? Do you think a mortal can really penetrate the secrets of the three worlds and then find a solution? Was there a loophole during the big bang? What nonsense. . . .
But if you use "determinism" to understand this, it's simple. The reason why Claudia has penetrated everything and found a solution is because that is her destiny, which is given to her by God (time or world entity). Martha and Jonas can stop everything, but it is also destiny.
Finally, we saw Jonas and Martha suddenly appear in the middle of the road. The watchmaker's son's car almost got into a car accident in order to avoid the two who appeared suddenly. Why was it almost a car accident instead of: "Jonas and Martha caused the car accident of the watchmaker's son, which eventually led to the watchmaker inventing the time machine to divide the world." It is entirely possible that this place is the origin of another cycle, not the end.
It's easy if you use determinism, because Martha and Jonas are destined to succeed at this moment.
If everything is in vain, why are we so painful. If everything is nothingness.
Why do we laugh, we will suffer, we will embrace and laugh, we will partake in life and death.
As Jonathan said to Martha: "We are a natural pair, nothing else matters."
In the last scene, Jonas’s mother Hannah talked about the end of the world in her dream, thoughtful when she saw the yellow raincoat, and the last line: “I think (name the child) Jonas is a Good name".
The problem is that this Hannah belongs to the original world and has never experienced all of this. So how did this come in?
If we understand that after Jonas and Martha return to their origins (time) and become part of time, they will definitely not be willing to be forgotten in this way. So she hinted Hannah to name her child Jonas with divine power.
Or according to the Spinoza entity, all things are one, and any entity is a part of this world, then it is not impossible for Hannah to perceive all of this.
