one true thing

When we were children, our parents worked hard to support us. That may not be the best. From the perspective of a slightly educated child, we always feel that there are shortcomings of this kind: there is no better development. My potential has not better taught me how to be strong, and so on. But that is the best that parents can do.

do you know? It is a very hard work for every child to go to society, become an adult, start to learn the rules, and assume their own responsibilities. Parents once thought that they were the chosen sons of heaven and would have a magnificent life. However, the reality is that many people are just the majority, not the most cutting-edge 5-star, but struggling for life and their own desires. When the child discovers the helplessness and struggle, weakness and unbearableness of the parents, it is a little closer to the truth of life. People always have to live in the truth of life in order to take every step steadily.

Where is the most determined constant in life? Family, you can't choose, you can only accept, they will always be that stable existence in your human growth river. They are not perfect, but instead of spending their energy to fight, isn't it easier to love? I want to accept, which means to start to realize that I am not the perfect, omnipotent individual, in order to form a family, in order to give the loved ones a better sense of management, acceptance rather than confrontation, using a cooperative way to make the family Everyone in is better taken care of. After all, the person who has existed around him for a long time is real, and when the person in his mind is infinitely far away, it is equal to zero.

Really see imperfections, truly accept imperfections, and truly love imperfections.

One True Thing quotes

  • Kate Gulden: [dressed as Dorothy] Welcome! There's no place like home!

Ellen Gulden: [silently, to herself] Thank God.

  • Kate Gulden: It's so much easier to be happy, my love. It's so much easier to choose to love the things that you have, and you have so much, instead of always yearning for what you're missing, or what it is you're imagining you're missing. It's so much more peaceful.
