Regarding the question of whether aliens really exist, it is a matter of opinion for the benevolent. However, during the Cold War, the United States did have a "Blue Book" plan, and even this year a new American drama called the Blue Book was filmed. But this drama is more about analyzing human nature with the help of aliens, to analyze the political decisions of that special era. Under the Cold War, the fierce conflict between the United States and the Soviet Union brought about a relatively peaceful but extremely tense state. The people of the two countries shivered. Under such conditions, there must be a lot of arms competition. But the string in the hearts of the people is already tense. If the nervous atmosphere knows that the country is constantly developing new weapons and other things, the people are likely to fall into a state of madness. To sum up all the reasons, the United States, led by the U.S. Air Force at the time, introduced the "Blue Book" plan. To a large extent, it is to divert the public's attention to cover up some R&D projects. People under this project also have their own interests. Scientists are for fame, soldiers are for promotion, and even some people have their own personal interests. Everyone is lying for their own vested interests, or not to say that they are lying, but to say what they want to believe. Although the existence of aliens has not been confirmed, I hold the attitude of certain existence. Otherwise the earth is just an island in the universe.
