I wrote a week of drama review, adjusted it, and interspersed with a film review.

American movie "See you yesterday"

Work Type: Science Fiction

Main actor: Eden Duncan-Smith

Story summary: The old girl rescues her brother through the journey

Release time: Released in the US on May 17, 2019

List of works nominations

This is a story about "black people's rights" under the cloak of "science fiction". This kind of film (especially played by black people) is too numerous to mention. The key to success depends on whether you can "surprise" and "unconventional". "Ingenuity".

Enter the film review and briefly talk about the elements of the work

1. Cross to save people

This "setting" reminds the author of Riman's (yougai) "Gate of Destiny" subconsciously. The content design of the two works is exactly the same, both aiming at "saving people" and adopting the means of "traveling through time and space". Finally, it ended with "blank". How similar, how consistent.

2. Race issues

White policemen find fault with black people at will, and even shoot unarmed black youths. This kind of incident has a lot of relevant content in newspapers and on the Internet (available for inquiries), so I won’t expand it here. I will only mention one point below, that is, now. The vast majority of films with black people as the protagonist will unconsciously associate with "black human rights". To be honest, I feel "tired" if I read too much of this kind of content .

Let's take a look at the plot again (pick the specifics)

The first crossing, the opening time, ended in failure

The second crossing (about 22 minutes), the experiment was successful

Incidental incident (traveling): Jared was hit by a car while chasing CJ and his arm was broken

Inevitable event (normal timeline): CJ’s older brother Calvin (30 minutes) was mistaken for a robber and shot by the police

The third crossing (40 minutes), the goal was to "rescue my brother", but as a result, "Due to the interference of his ex-boyfriend, he was a step late, and Calvin was still shot."

The fourth crossing (51 minutes), the goal "stop the robbery", the result was "brother was saved, but partner Sebastian died"

The fifth crossing (67 minutes), the goal is to "rescue brother and Sebastian", and the result is "brother sacrificed himself in order to save his sister"

The sixth crossing (77 minutes), the goal is "Rescue Brother", the result is "..."

Finally, let’s talk about some of the topics alluded to by the story (I don’t want to talk about the black civil rights, it is better to listen to Martin Luther King’s "I Have a Dream" speech)

1. Can people change their destiny?

Through this story, I believe that all audiences have the same feeling, "It is impossible to talk about changing fate?" Watching CJ travel time after time, returning disappointed time after time, people can't help but wonder, "Breaking the shackles of destiny" may be true. It's just a "slogan" and a "legend".

2. What is the purpose of technological progress?

Is it to "satisfy personal desires"? Or "seeking high returns"? In the face of technology, what attitude should people face? These are all worthy of careful consideration. After you figure it out, you can do it again to be practical.

Final review

Screenwriter ★★★☆☆ (The story is small, but the meaning is profound)

Director ★★★☆☆ (Conception and connotation can’t escape the third child)

Actor ★★★☆☆ (play whatever you want, watch whatever you want)

Plot ★★★☆☆ (Discussing "human rights" is always "cookie cutter")

Visual effects★★★☆☆ (Swarthy feeling...)

Sound effects★☆☆☆☆ (ignored)

Recommendation ★★★☆☆ (The feeling of not being up or down, the style that can be seen or not seen)
