Cats in Istanbul move freely in and out of human life. They are intimate but retain their own independent space. Many people have unique stories between themselves and cats. They exist like kings in Istanbul. They can lazily basking on the roadside, begging for food on passers-by, and act coquettishly with people they don't know.
The whole documentary exudes a strong friendship and human touch between people and cats. Istanbul’s cats are also residents there. If one day all the cats disappear, Istanbul may not be there.
