In a small city in the southwestern United States, politicians knew Willie was impossible, but asked him to run for governor. In a campaign speech, Willie discarded the speech draft prepared for him by politicians and talked about a lot of content that the people would like to hear. Although the politicians opposed and wanted to stop him, they were bombarded by the people; instead, Willie's momentum grew more and more. Great, and finally became governor.
