This was the second time Lore saw a dead person. The hostess is a crazy Nazist, and Lore ran away with his younger siblings.
Fifth time: Sister and brother sleep in the field. Lore met Thomas when he coaxed his brother to sleep. This time, the two thoughts changed. Lore ran his brother into him step by step, but he didn't dare to look at her firm eyes.
Sixth: American soldiers inspected them. Thomas came forward and said that it was their brother who saved them.
Seventh time: Lore was too weak to walk, Thomas helped her walk forward and found something to eat. But Lore said that she knew Thomas was a Jew while her younger siblings were asleep, and she would not let him touch her younger siblings. Thomas reached out and grabbed her leg, and she walked away.
Eighth time: Take a bath in the river. Thomas hangs upside down from a tree and looks at Lore in the water.
Ninth time: Sleeping at night, Thomas stretched his foot on Lore's while chatting with his brother. She did not resist. Then he stroked her hair.
Tenth time: Lore confirmed that his father was dead by comparing the photo of his father in the hands of his younger brother with the photo he tore off on the wall. She had no support. She knew she had to rely on Thomas if she wanted to survive, so she put his hand on her lower body, and when Thomas wanted to go further, she pushed him away. Then buried the photo.

Sixteenth time: On the train, others discussed the murdered woman. Lore guessed that his mother was in there and walked aside to cry. When encountering a ticket check, Thomas couldn't find his wallet and got out of the car. The younger brother said he stole Thomas' wallet, and he thought that Thomas would not leave them. Open it and see that he is not Thomas, and the wallet belongs to someone else.
When she arrived at the grandmother's house, Lore had grown up. She was no longer as ignorant and innocent as she used to be. She opened her purse and looked at the photos inside and smashed the porcelain deer.
The film word does not describe the cruelty of war too much. The main reason is Lore's naivety and ignorance to mature and grow up, during which Thomas taught her a lot. Flowers, grass, lakes, dandelions, small trees, and the love between boys and girls that appear from time to time give people a fresh feeling. The symptoms of Lore's lips due to lack of water, the red spots in Thomas's scum, the cry of the baby, the squabbles of the two younger brothers, and the younger sister running with the baby, these details are very good.
