The whole film adheres to this concept. It should be said that the plot of the movie is very one-liner. Although the story is set up with clues against the Qing Dynasty and the Ming Dynasty, on the whole, it is a story of a young man with a hatred of the country and his family. There is nothing to highlight in the narrative, and the character performance is also very simple and modular. The absolute focus of the film is kung fu, real kung fu. Liu Jialiang's admiration for martial arts is evident. Each of the actors in the film has extraordinary skills, which naturally "shocks" a lot of us who are accustomed to seeing fist embroidering.
However, if we watch all kinds of action movies that rely on photographic lenses to stick to, we may not be comfortable with this real sword fight. This movie is very different from Jackie Chan-like action movies. The charm of the movie is not in the spectacle of the combination of images, but the spectacle of martial arts itself and the action itself.
Friends who are interested in martial arts and real kung fu, not just action movies, should not miss this film.
